Located on the top floor of the beautiful Palace of Montemuzo, this archive houses records created by the city corporation of Zaragoza as well as others pertaining to towns which in centuries past were under the city’s jurisdiction. Of particular interest for genealogy are old Padrones enumerating the city’s residents by household, which can be used in much the same way as a census. Contact me for more information.
